Refund policy

Returns & Replacements

If for whatever reason our product doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it to us unused within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Some restrictions apply and are as follows.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All swimwear and intimates sales are final, no exchange/refund.
  • All footwear has a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept the return of footwear more than one (1) year after the original purchase date.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection before refunds/exchanges are approved. Laundered and/or worn merchandise will not be approved for exchange/refund unless otherwise determined defective.

Each order includes a packing list.

A printable return form and instructions for returns/exchanges can be found at this link: Mossy Oak Consumer Return Form (PDF Document). For your protection, please insure all returns for the full value of the merchandise and return the item(s) to us via FedEx/UPS Ground or USPS. We are not responsible for lost returned merchandise without valid proof of delivery to our facility.

If you received damaged merchandise, defective product, or if your merchandise was shipped incorrectly; please call 1-888-Mossy Oak (1-888-667-7962) and speak to a Consumer Service Representative before returning.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the item was a gift, and the recipient is requesting a refund; a Mossy Oak Store Gift Card will be issued for the current selling price of the item.
